Shipping Policy

WE SHIP WORLDWIDE 

We offer FREE shipping for all AU & NZ orders over $150NZD and international over $200.

All orders are dispatched the on the day of purchase or the following business day. Please note that during sale and peak periods, dispatch may take up to 2 business days. Estimated shipping times are from the day after dispatch and do not include weekends, public holidays or customs delays. Once your order has been shipped, an email confirmation will be sent to you with tracking information. 

All orders are shipped with NZ Post (standard) or DHL express (express).

Please note: only standard services can be shipped to PO boxes or military bases

Orders containing one or more pre-order items will be shipped together once the pre-order item becomes available. If you would like the in-stock items to be shipped out first, please reply to your order confirmation email to request this.

Taxes & Duties

Duties and taxes are included in the price for Australia & New Zealand. 

Some countries require duties and taxes to be paid upon delivery depending on each countries' duty policy.
